Stefan von Borbely was born in Munich and started his creative journey as a stills assistant. He moved on to become a camera assistant, camera operator and has been a Director of Photopgraphy (DoP, camera man, Kameramann) since 1994 working on music videos, movies and commercials. He’s shot for just about every brand of car you can imagine as well as for Nikon, McDonalds, Heineken and many more. Stefanoperates Aerial Photography and Russian Arm (any system from Flight Head till Shotover). Part of his own equipment is: Fritzi gimbal, Kessler motion control, Licht-Technik bagolight system. Stefan resides in Los Angeles.
